16th Annual Barnstormers Tour and Plein Air Paint Out. Saturday June 17, 2023, centered around Utica, Maryland. Sponsored by Frederick County Landmarks Foundation. The Tour of the 9 barns is held from 10A-3Pm and requires a ticket which can be purchased online through FCLF. But the Art Show and Sale is from 3:30P-5P and includes the plein air paintings done that day is free to the public.
